Rising Voices Featured in The Celebrity Times

We are delighted to share that Rising Voices: Empowering Tribal Youth for a Stronger Future, our published title co-authored by Dr Shafiqa Gul, Dr Shahid Iqbal Choudhary, Dr Abdul Khabir, Shabir Ahmad Wani, and Mubashir Shafiq Wani, has been featured in The Celebrity Times.

Sponsored by the Tribal Research Institute, Department of Tribal Affairs, Jammu and Kashmir, the book moves through the real pillars of youth empowerment, education, leadership, cultural preservation, economic opportunity, and community advocacy, positioning tribal youth not as subjects of study but as active architects of change. Dr Shafiqa Gul, one of the book’s lead contributors, brings over six years of research experience and a PhD and Post-Doctorate to the work, alongside years spent directly engaging with tribal communities as a Research Fellow with TRI.
